If your product becomes damaged after the warranty period, we can repair it for you at a very competitive price.
First, contact customer service department 1-213-545-1971 or email us at email@example.com to request instructions to ship the item for repair. This alerts that our repair department to your item being returned for repair.
Once we receive your item, we will appraise the damage & estimate the cost of the necessary repair. We will contact you with the repair cost. If you accept the estimated cost, will we proceed with the repair(s). Shipping and handling costs will be included in your estimate.
1. Print and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. If you are unable to print this form, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number on a separate piece of paper. We cannot process your return without this information.
2. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-213-545-1971 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RMA number.
3. Re-pack item(s) to be returned and include your shipping document (or RMA form).
4. For your safety, we recommend insuring the package. Also, you should NOT write the word "jewelry,” or other jewelry-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft.
